Hello
I was just checking up on the build... I got a call things did not go so well so thought i would pop in and get the low down!
I would check the motor to make sure nothing got hurt cause that belt letting go.. everything in the valve train does its own thing and would be shocked if nothing got bent/broke/booboo'd

Dave the belt got hot (bolt backed out of cover rubbed pulley) and melted the teeth turning it over. did leak down test all good. will be back on dyno sunday. thanks for the help on the tune

Man thats good to hear.. very "lucky" it wasnt worse.. heck i cant even load my car in the trailer and make it to gerogia without hurting my motor..
naw thats too far for us to do again and funds are limited... maybe in oct and we should be at the same race next year

I was looking forward to coming into work and reading about some dyno #'s on this monster. I am not seeing anything and I hope it isn't because it didn't go well with parts like the 1st attempt. I hope everything is ok and Jim is just so excited that he forgot updates.
