yeah I saw that last week. Pretty crazy.
1968 Camaro 383
Damn that's crazy. Kinda surprised they didn't stop at all though.
Glad to hear it survived.. It's also kinda cute looking, in fact it looks a little too close to a GSD for comfort!
Ha, something happend like that to me... Except it was a segal, I couldn't get around it in time so I hit it at 60 mph.... I pull over to the side of the road to find out that the ass end of the bird got wedged in my grille of my 89 CRX and it was trying so hard to get out.. So I found a long stick and pryed it out, it hopped around and flew away...
Lucky bird.
'Merica, Hell Yeah!
Cute lil fella.
All posts from the above author are expected to be 100% BS. Thank you and have a nice day.
That is just insane. How do you hit anything at freway speeds and have it live. Plus have it stuck inside your car for 600 miles.
I don't care who you are, you hit anything that big at that rate of speed how does common sense NOT kick in and tell you to pull over and inspect the damage?

Weekend Car: 2006 Corvette
How do you not pull over to check for damage?

They probably did inspect it, 1:00am is dark and as long as the front appeared to be intact, you move along..
when i use to work for this truckin company, one the drivers hit a wildturkey, head gotwraped around the spot mirror on the hood. guy drove all the way back from upper wi wit a turkey on the hood....it didnt survive.
we hit a small woodland creature (i assume it was a fox) on our way up to door county a few weeks back and didn't stop. all i saw was "head down" and determination to make it across the road, but i was doin about 75 and hit him with the tow hook-fog light area of the yukon. the main reason i didnt stop was after impact i felt "tumbeling" under the floor board. only damage was the lower valance needed to be snapped back into place and a busted foglight.

I hit a wild turkey once at 60 mph. Didn't think it did any damage to the old Taurus wagon so I kept going. Until the hood came flying up and smashed in the windshield and folded it's self over the roof. I stop and check now and carry a spare set of boxer.
