i have a set of stockers from my TA but the tires only have like 1k miles on them(or less)

how cheap is dirt cheap to you lol?

chrome is pealing on all of them 1 of them its on the bead so the tire would need to be taken off and rim cleaned up then put back on. otherwise about once every week and a 1/2 it needs to be filled with air...

4th gen wheels will not fit a 3rd gen without 2" spacer adapters. You can get any 2wd s10 wheels, 67-92 camaro (watch the backspacing though with the older camaros), etc. Keep an eye on craigslist for some 15" 5 spoke wheels that are usually painted body color, they are cheap. Don't let the idiots who want more than $100 for a set fool you, they aren't worth anything.

^^ Ditto S10 wheels would be your best bet. s10forum.com <- check the classifieds or regional forum.
