    Brake job - need opinions

I have a 2003 R6. The front brakes seem to be dunzo.
Has anyone attempted to do their own in here. Is it something better left to the pros?
    Thanks,

Brakes on the Yami are cake. They are actually of a quick change design for track use. They have retaining pins and clips, but outside of that the pads slide right into the holder.

If you need rotors, just make sure you have the proper sized torque wrench and follow the sequence to ensure a perfectly flat surface.

If you are at all hesitant, please just take it in. It isn't an expensive replacement and it is far better to have it done right, than save the small amount of money and have any issues.

    Thanks for the intell.
I'll price it out and go from there. Who knows, with this weather, I may be done riding for the year anyway.

you usually don't need to do the rotor unless its warped or warn way thin. My gsxr just neede the rear pads and was an easy swap. just make shure not to touch the brakes at ALL while you have it apart. or you'll be looking at getting a set of calipers
