I would say just have people ask on the general board. Unless we have someone here who wants to post daily or weekly tips/workouts/healthy practice tips. Otherwise, in the case that someone asks on the general board, their questions are answered sufficiently. I do agree though, there are some smart people on here about the topic.

It is a prescription product and most rx insurance companies won't pay for it unless your BMI is well into the morbidly obese range. Otherwise, without insurance, the pills get quite pricey.
