1960 Edsel ....Not what you would prolly picture ?

This is my friend Greg's 1960 Edsel Ranger.... These cars use the same roof as the Starliner did that year....I really never thought I would ever really like a Edsel until I seen this car....I would love to have one like this in black with a injected 427 SOHC in it !

I think most guys would never think this is a Edsel if they did not know it was one ?

Model Number: 63B (Deluxe interior trim)
    Total Production: 52

I think you are correct. I wouldn't have guessed it. When I think Edsel, I think of the toilet bowl grille. Nice looking car.

I always thought it was a vagina grille...

When they redesigned it, it looked far better (I still can't dig the original edsel's that much; I see why it was a failure...); Though it's hard to say it'd been a success if that's how they had originally came our looking, it's hard to dispute that they'd sold more.

Good looking, and performing car....that'd be very cool to see at a track

I think that is the reason it can sometimes be referred to as an Ethyl instead.

    Bad joke I had to....

He was referring to the earlier Edsel's. They definitely have the look of a "well used" female body part.
