Bars have to buy PPVs per person based on their capacity. So if a place has a max capacity of 500 people they have to pay a fee per person regardless of who shows up.
Gateway in Muskego got I think either a $5 or $10,000 fine for showing the fights last year.
So basically just the large chains who have plenty of coin can afford to have them.Ex-Trans Am owner.
