Looking for a decent stock pair of 4.3L cylinder heads. They will be going on a 1991 4.3L TBI engine. Looking for complete heads... something I can buy and bolt right on.

I have a set of vortec heads from a 96+ 4.3 I dont think the intake bolt holes are the same but they would make a nice upgrade. $50 obo

I'll keep it in mind, but I'd prefer to find something I can throw right on without modifying anything
pm syclone Josh, He would know!
I know a guy on here with the username teambeater who's trying to get rid of an entire motor, 4.3 out of something like a 93/94 blazer. It's a vortech, but not the same as those newer 96+ vortech motors.
I can make sure he gets you more details if you're interested.
I could do a whole motor on it, might be easier to pull the motor out complete then to try to swap heads with it in the truck, but I'm not a fan of the vortec 4.3's.
No problem!

the early vortecs honestly seem like a pooch compared to the TBI to me, at least thats how it feels to me anyway
If the transmission isn't computer controlled, you could do this.
