    electronic ignition conversion??

I have seen several kits out there, petronix, mallory, and even crane or whats left of it. Has anyone used any of these?? I'm trying to keep the ignition system looking stock without the hasle of points.

I've had an original Pertronix unit in my car for @ 10 years without an ounce of trouble. Haven't touched it since I installed it. Looks stock and works great.

What kind of car? I've known a lot who swear by pertronix, and those who swear by points.

Dont overlook the $67 brand new billet distributors on e-bay, replaced my Mopar ballast resisted distributor and it works 200% better than th old lean burn crap. Wires up like any other GM HEI with one wire, throws a painfull spark.
