a friend is a courier, he puts on about 80k a year, and he's looking to pick up another car, fast. he usually drives them for about 2 years max, it has to be a sedan, preferably a midsize or bigger, but not super picky. no gas guzzlers or anything. he's looking for this within the next week, and has cash. under 3500. anybody?

My boss just picked up a Green 96 Camery to clean up and re-sell, it has 135k on it and runs and drives great.
5sp manual and once its buffed up ( slight scratches that are in the clear coat ) it should be one heck of a DD.

I have a 93 SHO 5 speed if interested.
I have owned the car since 68,000 miles.
The A/C doesn't work & has some rust over the right rear tire.
It has a 189,000 miles & counting daily, I drive it every day.
It's white with white wheels & spoiler, tan leather & cloth interior.
It runs & drives A +++
Ford dealer maintained
Last tank average mpg was 29.5 ( Best ever was 35mpg)
It has a newer starter & battey cables.
Timing belt, water pump & crank sensor done @ 120,000
New clutch, pressure plate, & flywheel @ 140,000 miles
New Dynomax cat back stainless exhaust done @ clutch install.
New rear springs & rear struts Jan 08
New tires installed late Nov 08
New performance pads & rotors spring 09
Also has new rear calipers & brake hoses
New rear O2 sensor last week.
Car looks very nice except for a little rust.
Interior is near mint, car looks & drives like 89,000 not actual miles
Car is for sale because it's too hot in the summer time w/o A/C for our kids according to the wife. ( I don't care to fix the A/C)
These cars can go 500,000 miles + easy
Asking $1500.00 or best offer
