    thats the voicemail he left me. Which is nuts, I looked at the header and did not "see" any leaks, i.e. black carbon soot around the header. I suppose it will wouldnt have hurt to just put a quick wrench on each bolt and make sure they are tight. yet another story where we should have started with the most simple thing......

    The reason we didnt notice it was because it at the very end of the header right underneath the alternator, which we worked around the whole afternoon and just never bothered to look there. Just ordered some new gaskets and they will be here tomorrow, thank god.

    Of course if this turns out to be a fluke, I will be pissed. The header leak could just be so loud that I don't hear the other one.
