    Is this normal

I noticed two black spots on my garage floor about where my exhaust tips are. I am guessing it is just like carbon excess that is being blown out, now the weird thing I noticed this morning is that there was water in the pipes and down on the ground. Now it wasn't a puddle or nothing and didn't smell like coolant. Is this just condensation or should I be worried about a bigger future problem

Are you saying it is or asking? I think from the lack of question marks you are saying it is condensation.

    So I shouldn't worry

    Cool thanks guys.

Is the black stuff just extra carbon buildup in the engine that just gets "exhausted out"

yes its just carbon you should be able to wipe it off the floor with a rag and some soapy water its normal for water to build up in the exhaust until the exhaust warms up to temperature then it comes out as steam and you don't see it any more.
