How hard is it to change the unit bearing on a 2003 Ford Explorer 4x4?

I've changed 3 of them on GMT800 trucks and SUVs with nothing but handtools and no blue wrench in my parking garage. It's pretty easy... remove the stubshaft nut, pull the wheel, remove the brake caliper bracket/caliper as one unit with two bolts, pull the three bolts that hold the unit bearing, unclip the speed sensor... then reassemble. Wait 20,000 miles then rinse and repeat.

Is it a similar feat with a Ford Explorer? Would I need any special tools for this job?
