Anybody have a Power Tuner or something similar that can do a VIN change for an L36/L67 Grand Prix PCM? We've tried to tune it with HPT but we've got a VIN mismatch issue and it won't let us write to it. All we need is the VIN itself changed.

nobody?
I can flash the ecm back to the factory software provided the tune is not locked in. I would need the year make model and the vin the ecm came out of.
I need to keep the OS the same. This is a gt with a gtp engine and a gt trans. The PCM is coded as such and I don't want to lose the code. HPtuners sucks for changing the vin# on a car like this.
We're getting the OS/Vin mismatch error when we try to write the PCM with hptuners.
I know powertuners will do the trick but nobody seems to have it....
PM Tom (Badls1). He knows HP Tuners inside and out. I think he can straighten it out for you.

2012 Cruze ECO M6 - Crystal Red- Just a little more boost than stock!
2001 Camaro SS - Rallye Red - In process.
Correct. Unlicensed PCM's cannot be modified by HPtuners, and vin's have to match operating systems to be able to license. I'm essentially locked the fuck out.
Have you tried seeing if Fred can get his hands on a Tech2, Andy?
