I've been looking at colorado's and have been looking into a 2wd. Do all the 2wd have the z85 suspension? I've been looking into lowering kits to see what they would cost and the one i like says only for z85 suspension.

Not sure on all but the ones we have at work do.
ALL 2wd's are Z85(increased capacity, HD) unless they are a SPORT or an Xtreme, those are ZQ8's.

If I remember correctly the z85 and z71 in both 2wd and 4wd use a torsion bar front end, the other 2wd models use coils. Thats why the kit is different

any 4wd has the torsions, and im pretty sure the 2wd z71 has torsions too. your ok with the springs yet on a 2wd z85.
I had a z71 4x4 and mine was easy as pie to change the front height by cranking the torsion bar set screws either way. sorry for that useless piece of info lol i miss my coly.
