I got one at REI about 3 years ago. I paid $150 for it and it fits your description. You need to find someone that works at REI and use their discount. I'm sure it will be $75 New with their discount, but by the time someone is looking to get rid of one of these, they're shot. Mine is banged up, but it hauls my tools and has been on a plane about 30 times.
