Ron it is awsome to go fast with stock stuff i did that also. it is just time now at the speeds im going to do it safer. plus this stuff is fun for me. i have to change stuff to keep me interested. good luck next year. at least you have a good teacher.

Did you decide on mini-tubbing and putting radials on it? You can use your axle cut down with 9" ends on it, there are 8.8s in the 7s.

i have gone faster every yr i had the car. what will make this yr different? besides i might go slower just wanted to get that comeback out of the way.

bobby im just joking also im building my car to run the 8.20 or 7.8 class the combo has not changed just the updates to the car and the new motor combo. i have no idea how fast or slow it will be until i make the first hit. im hoping for the best but it is racing and anything and will happen. my combo could go into the 7's but will it? i have no idea. its the you know f2's all run 7's deal except when the you put it in your car..or my car i should say. the chassis will cert to 7.50 and the parts have gone faster.

1. fixed intercooler with twice the water in and out
2. 16 volt system
3. new 25.5 cage
4. new motor Bennette racing junk
5. freshed up T400
6. my car made lighter
7. rewired the car
8. 9 inch rear with new brakes (good stuff)
9. mini tubbed to fit a 30 tall tire or 315 dr
10. new bullit spec wheels 15x12
11,12,13,14,15, will come next yr i spend my 7 figures already

its not so bad if you can sell stuff. i got almost $1000 for my rear end stuff. with 40 spline gun drilled axles that will be the last time a have to worry about 6k hole shots or for that matter tire shake or what you did 2yrs ago. get clips this yr at least.
