    Need opinions....

I'm torn on if I should get my rims for my motorcycle rechromed or not. Originally I was thinking of just chroming them again, but now I'm tossing the idea of black chrome, or just leaving the rims I have on it for a blacked out look. Eventually I want to either chrome the frame or powdercoat the frame black. Need opinions guys and gals.

I like the look of your bike, clean and neat. I think that chrome frames are nice and you don't see factory frames chrome. You do see factory frames anodized black or you see aluminum with clear.

I think keeping the bike so it appears stock, "but different", is a nice subtle way to make it unique. I think you were on the right track with the chrome wheels and the chrome frame.

Leave the frame alone, Black wheels......

Chrome looks gay as hell on sportbikes, but I guess thats my oppinion...

How it looks wont matter after the first time you lay it down at the track....

problem with chroming the sand cast wheels is the amount of porosity. those never seem to turn out "perfect"
powder coating seems to fill the voids better. Maybe look into a few of the places now doing "chrome illusion" powdercoat.they can even add color to the chrome.

POLISHED LIPS! PC the spokes and hubs same blue as the bike, polish the lips. I saw this on a newer gixxer (I think it was a 1000) at Skeeters car show last year. Bike was blue and white with blue spokes and polished lips, is is an awesome look. If I can't come up with some aftermarket wheels for my bike then next winter I'm having my wheels PC'd gloss black and clear over the lips.
