Collectively, perhaps our best effort to date as a whole. Had PHI won, everyone would have had 11 or better!!! Congrats to Brian on winning last week...spoils for doing the work of starting the thread in my absences I guess

My picks:
Thu, Nov 20
CIN @ PIT-Despite getting an unusual 11-10 win against SD, PIT FAR out played their opponent, though they could very well had lost. CIN, on the other hand tied a "decent" PHI teams...but actually played pretty bad.
Sun, Nov 23
HOU @ CLE-While I think Brady Quinn will be a good QB, I have no faith in Romeo coaching.
SF @ DAL-Should be a confidence builder for the struggling cowboys.
BUF @ KC-Neither team inspires confidence in this pick...just going with the *safe* pick.
NE @ MIA- Tough pick imo...but NE is quietly getting back to respectability as of late.
PHI @ BAL-Turns out, PHI didn't know it was okay in the rule book to run it up the middle. They try this week and get shut-down by the one-man defense, Ray Lewis.
MIN @ JAC- another tough pick. MIN isn't half-bad, and JAC is somewhat half-good. Both teams NEED the win, but MIN needs it worse. I think at this point in the season, MIN has it together as a team overall better than the ostensibly disintegrating Jaguars.
TB @ DET- I WANT to pick DET here...this has GOT to be the one they win. It HAS to be! I might be kicking myself for not going with the upset, lol.
CHI @ STL- Again, CHI has something to play for and needs to redeem themselves after an ugly loss. They fortunately have a fairly willing accomplice in STL.
NYJ @ TEN- The streak ends at 10. It has to...otherwise, there is a good chance TEN goes into week 17 with a 15-0 record. NYJ have an potential Ace up their sleeve (and a potential 2 of clubs) in Favre.
OAK @ DEN- Bitter rivals, but on DEN mile high turf, nets DEN another win.
NYG @ ARI- Now not having oppressive heat working in their favor, ARI must win on skill. For them to win, they need a shoot-out, and even then, I still think NYG comes out on top.
WAS @ SEA- Bad home team gets a much needed win.
CAR @ ATL- ATL's back against the wall and need the win to get back in the hunt. They take a tough loss into practice to work hard and eek out a victory against the like-talented Panthers.
IND @ SD- Norv turner is doing what norv turner does best...loosing games with good talent!
Mon, Nov 24
GB @ NO- Why am I picking the Packers? Why am I scared that I did? They played tough, won big; NO played ugly, won against a bad KC team. My problem is GB is a young team...and young teams sometimes let big wins go to their heads. That said, I think GB has enough veteran leadership to keep them focused on the prize, given that they are STILL in the heat of the battle for the NFC north crown.
