If so that your absolutely right, but any edelbrock carb can be compared to a chromed out Quadra junk. Their OK for crusing but i would never use one in a performance app.

Dude you can talk all the trash you want about the carb... I am still going to run them, and I am still going to recommend them. I have had nothing but GOOD experiences with their products.

I had a bone stock roller 302 with a chinese air gap intake with a Edelbrock600cfm. I ran a 13.6 @102 in my 86 Mustang. Back to back, 4 times and ran the same time and trap speed. I would say that is pretty decent "for such a shitty carb."
