The Remington R25 in 243 is sitting there for me but
I realy like the R15 in 223, feels 2 pounds lighter.

Im not afraid of deer hunting with the 223, I know its
highly debated but a 62grain ballistic tip drops em
right where they stand. Im trying to get down to one
gun, home/predator/deer all in one. The R-15 is smarter
but the 243 could still be used on squirels since I just
keep there tails I've had plenty of bull barrel target
grade guns but at 45 Im getting tired of 12+ pound
    setups hiking in the woods.

Yup 1 in 9, every review I've read have had outstanding 100yard
groups. This month G&A tested the 308 R-25, realy nice groups.

    The R-25 is 243,308 or 7mm-08
    The R15 is 204 or 223 with a new release 30cal custom.

Im leaning towards the lighter r-15 in the 22" barrel...
but I love the 243 round over the 308's ballistics..grrrrrrr
