From a mechanical (chassis) standpoint you are absolutely correct- maybe!

But then again alot of people tried to tell me that I would'nt win PGD's either because of that bad-ass Viper. You know the one... that declined my challenge to him at his track, best out of three?

Oh and because it's a Ford and they cannot make as much power as their competition...

And because it is on 93 octane with LOW boost...

And because it weighs 3560 with me in it...

Real races are more than mechanical logistics.
If that was the case, the car with the best 60 ft. and the most MPH would always win!

    He went a 1.09 60 ft.
I went a 1.28 on the rear wheels.
He went 180mph on moo mode.
    I went 182 on 93 octane. (MOOOO!)

Did you know that a stock suspension drag radial car recently went 7.18?
Oh yeah, you GOTTA have 15X33 tires and a 4-link to do that??!!!
It does make it a whole lot easier, but when has my team gone the EASY ROUTE!!

Point I am making is this-
Don't let anybody try and talk you out of what you want to do, you could be missing out on achieving things no person has done!
Think about it, Ron would have me in a Chevy if I listened!!
    NEVER SAY NEVER!!!!!

    NEWS FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just posted NO Pump Gas Drags for 2009!
No more need to stay on 93 with low boost-
now a healthy diet of C-16, big boost, more timing, etc.

    Her promod,promod,promod!!

The quest for 195mph begins now

The point I was trying to make is that for what his car is comparable to, 200mph shouldnt be a problem, looking at what other cars similar to his are running.

I do love that T-Bird of yours, but comparing the 2 side-by-side, it shouldnt even be a comparison. That makes what you've done even more impressive.

honestly the track was ok yesterday and i made both of my spray runs at the same time tuff did. with that much power it is hard hooking up a car with that much power and mine is not even close to tuffs nor dr. fords and i was still fighting it all the way down.
