Convertible Tops

I need some help reworking the parts to my new project (Torino) and I don't know a thing about the Fords convertible tops and drive mechanisms. Only have worked on manual ones from Vettes and that's it.

The actuator on one side is really weak (new seals?) and I have to help it up and down. Who would be best to talk to?

Are you sure it's the actuator, and not a dying motor on that side? (or do they only use one motor for the whole top? either way..)
