Id be very interested in runnin in a class like this, its a great idea imho! But I think a weight limit would be more suitable then having full interior, becuase im going to have a sheet alum dash and no interior in my car, but it'll be over 3000lbs... The weight limit i think works better, otherwise id have to find a fox to take a whole interior out of just to run the class.
