What does this mean when you hear it? Sounds like something hardcore though. How is this pulled off is this a aftermarket head, and what are the bennies?

Anybody else ever hear Poncho heads on BBC?
If a hammer,crescent wrench,duct tape, or JB Weld can't fix it........Its gotta be a electrical problem
