To add, last time I checked, "drag races" take place at a "dragstrip" and when you run single digits you are required to have safety equipment. Jim found this out rather quickly when his first run was his last run. And frankly, having that kind of power, and NO safety equipment whatsoever is STUPID. You crash a car like that downtrack with not a single tube in it and you face certain death.

and as far as cars running sigle digits...i can't for sure say that i have seen them on the STREET...RACING..for i haven't see time slips...so that would be hear say...

Blowing smoke up people's asses is what that guy does best, he's a notorious bullshitter. His idea of "running 8s" is buying a car from someone else that may or may not have run 8s at some point in its life, not actually having any 8 second timeslips of his own with said vehicle....
