    I have a question......Why are fox body mustangs called "fox bodies?"

    It was the factory lingo, just like mine is a S197, or after the fox body was the SN95. Just like GM G-bodies or Mopar with their A,B,C,D,E bodies.

    Yup. Ford called them the Fox chassis. It was the name of the platform they were built on. Theyre junk.

    I think they are cute-looking. I like them. I like late 60's mustangs best, though.

    Well, I wouldn't say dime-a-dozen, and plentiful doesn't mean "junk," lol. I am NOT looking to acquire one, though......We have 4 cars, which is PLENTY for now. I think if I were to go looking to get another car, I would probably want a Chevelle or a Cutlass, anyway.
