1970 PLYMOUTH DUSTER 340OK,,, the FORD EXPLODER......and the MERCURY MOUNTAINEER are some what the same looking...question is...will a rear hatch from a EXPLODER fit a MOUNTAINEER...or is there a slight difference between the 2...i'm talking both being of the year 1998.....

They should fit, I saw a mountaineer with an explorer hatch just the other day.
