Does anyone know what store (locally) that I can get some Boat/ Engine Repair Manuals for like Mercury Outboards?

Do you have a specific manual you are looking for? My uncle is a engineer at Mercury Marine in fondulac.

Its for the motors that my Dad has:
1979 and up Mercury Outboard 3 Cylinder 70hp or for short "MERC700"

But I'm trying to find this one:

Seloc Marine Repair Manual for Mercury Outboards 1965-89 3 and 4 cylinder and covers all 40 thru 115 Hp, 2-stroke models.

I need them really quick... My Dad is being a PITA

Is he able to get me a deal on a Stator plate, Switch Plate and a wire harness from the motor forward for a 1979 Merc700 Thunderbolt?

I really don't feel like rewiring that one motor. Some how it was running off a Mariner harness...
