Passenger drop I assume? I assume you need one with a VSS?
Buy made in the United States. Otherwise your job might be next. Unless you already wear black shoes and a visor with golden arches on it to work in which case your fellow american has already failed you.

Drivers side, its an IFS truck. I believe its a cable speedo, not for sure though.

It'll have a VSS, all the IFS trucks did. Since it's a TH400 it'll have a 32spline input. Good luck finding one. I lucked out when I found mine for $125. Mine came from behind a NV3500.
