    Dam Brewers

They blew that game. Actually Ricky Weeks blew the game. That place was just insane on how loud it got in there.

Not just Rickey. Besides JJ Hardy, Braun, and Branyan their offense was pathetic. I'm getting real tired of Cameron coming up to strike out every plate appearance. That ninth inning was one pathetic display of hitting. Actually to hit you'd need to swing the bat, but Cameron, Kendell and Kapler apparently thought they'd be able to score the game winning run by leaving their bat on their shoulders.

Ricky should have made that throw to end the inning no problem. Theres no excuse for his error. they wont get very far if they keep playing like that. still was a fun game to watch.

AGREE!!! I was yelling at the TV last night. And if it wasn't for Braun hitting homer after homer, we'd be losing a LOT of games I think

The clock has run out on weeks... time to move on.
Trade him while we can still get something for him.
Yea he's trying, and yea he's a really nice guy... but you don't win games by being a nice guy.
He had more than enough time to make a decent throw.

Why bother getting Durham if he's never going to play.
That 1 game he was in, he had like 2R and 2RBI, so wtf Ned, stop being a dildo.

agree that those 2 runs should have never scored but how about we don't have a closer who walks batters with such ease. we walked way to many people last night. they gave the game away as a team basically. i too am tired of watching mike cameron do absolutely nothing. outside of that throw home, not like derek lee is super fast anyway but it was a good play. doesn't necessarily make up for striking out 3 times a game.

I refuse to beleive that Tony Gywnn, could be worse at the plate then Cameron. Sure he doesn't have the power, but we don't need every guy hitting home runs. A couple guys who get on base with some slap hits would be nice. The offense is back to be all or nothing.

That lineup has more then enough pop to outscore most teams. Shouldn't have to rely on the pitching staff to only give up less then 2-3 runs every game.

the offense should be doing much better but the closer should not be giving up 2 runs either. especially due to walking batters. granted we should have had a bigger lead so maybe 2 runs wouldn't have mattered but still the pitching could have been better yesterday.

It's not like Torres has given up 2 runs every time he goes out. Even the best have bad nights. It shouldn't even have gotten to that. How many men did we leave on base again yesterday?

They'll hit better tonight against Zambrano I'm betting, cause they always hit the hard throwers. It's the guys who throw junk that they can't hit. For some reason most of those guys can't hit a 80 mph fastball.

i agree that it's not that regular of an occurance however it kinda contributed to the loss. i'm hoping for sheets to throw well since he is on my fantasy team. lol

I think they should give Gywnn a shot. What can it hurt?

Weeks really doesn't bring anything to the team right now. If they are really going for it this year....Ray should be the starter.

Durham is starting tonite. So is Branyan. Unfortunately we have noone to take Cameron's spot. Cause Kapler has been terrible.

yea it would be nice for someone to take cameron's spot as he strikes out about every other at bat.

At this rate tomorrow we'll be blaming Sheets for giving up 1 run.
