Apartment for Rent in Elm Grove - Well Priced

We will be leaving our apartment at the end of August to move into a house. Due to the lease agreements we are liable for rent through the month of September unless a new tenant agrees to move into the apartment before September 1st. I am trying to help the landlord find new tenants so we do not have to pay for a month of rent we won't be using.

Rent during our lease was $765/month with a 1 year lease. I do not believe that the rent is going up, but you can contact the landlord for confirmation.

The apartment is an upper unit in a 4-family building. It is located in Elm grove near the intersection of North Avenue and Pilgrim Road. For the price its is a very good deal for Elm Grove/Brookfield area.

I don't know the exact square footage, but is quite large. We have a queen bed, dresser, armoir and nightstand in our bedroom with plenty of room, the second bedroom has a full size bed and large L-shaped computer desk also with plenty of room. The living room is average to large in size with more than enough room for our couch, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, book shelf and entertainment center. The kitchen is very large with lots of cabinet space. This was one of our favorite parts of the house. It has a portable dishwasher, which is smaller than a standard built-in dishwasher, but was honestly more than enough for my wife and myself. We typically run out of clean dished before the dishwasher is full.

Utilities are not included except water, however the budget for this unit is only $98 per month. We went slightly over budget due to the ridiculous winter we had this year but by less than $100. The water heater was also replaced within the last 6 months with a high efficiency model.

The apartment is owned and maintained by Korkos Investments, LLC and you can contact Christina Korkos if you are interested in renting the apartment. Her phone number is 262-366-7330. She will be out of town through the month of August so you will need to contact her within the next two weeks to set up a lease. She has been a great landlord and has been very repsonsive to the few issues we have had come up.

This apartment is very well priced and very conveniently located. It is less than 10 minutes from I-94 off Moorland and less than 10 minutes from HWY 45 off North Ave. If you have school aged children this apartment is in the Elmbrook school district, which I believe is one of if not the top rated in the state.

The garage is separate behind the building. It is a 4-car garage, shared between the units with two 2-car garage doors. It unfortunately does not have separated stalls, but we have never had a problem.
