    Self-propelled mower suggestions?

Looking at buying a new lawn mower since I am now a home owner. Wanted to buy one on Craiglist, but can't find a decent one (that isn't already purchased by the time I call) and now my grass is LONGGGGGGGG. So, I will be purchasing a mower new, today. Looking at some suggestions like where to buy, what to buy, what to stay away from, ect, ect. Under $300 would be nice

Just look for something with a decent motor. Briggs or Honda. The mower should be decent then.

Go to Home Depot and get a toro...easy starting, easy changing from bagger/mulch/side discharge, good power/torque and easy maintenance.

there is a mower shop down the block from my house on forrest home ave. Its called shewistzer's or some crap like that. I went there and bought a nice mower for like 30 bucks. It was used but they fix them up and i've never had a problem with it to this day.

This is the one I bought about a month ago, works real nice. I especially like the high rear wheels.
