    DPFE sensor?

    This took a dump on my mom's 2003 Explorer Sport Trac, and I hear that it is a very common problem.

    Can she get this fixed for free, since it's such a common problem?

    Just thought I'd ask before she has to spend the $60-70.

    HA classic DPFE.. yes these things are always going out, or cloged vaccum lines to them.

    fix for free i dunno, but it doesnt hurt to try.
