    Good excuse to buy a new toy.......er tool. What did you guys use to cut the hole. I have a dremel, but it doesn't make sense to use a ton of wheels when I could just use a heavier duty tool.

    Just make sure you have a good cut off wheel. I used a 4" grinder with a cut off wheel but it would have been easier with a die grinder with a 3" wheel. Also be carefull not to cut deep, the lines are about an inch below the trunk/floor pan from what I remember. You need to be carefull

    That's what a friend at work suggested ( die grinder ), thanks for confirming that and for the tip. I was curious how much space I would have.

    you have to drop the rear diff to get the tank out.....

    Yep, that is why I decided to cut the panel in the trunk. I don't know why they didn't just make an access panel from the factory.

    I would cut the panel like posted, screw that dropping the rear/tank crap. I saved those instructions for a later date also.
