maybe look into adapter plates? i know i've seen a few advertized in the import rags lately... i know they do a 5x100 to 5x 114.3 adapter that's 15mm thick.. i think the other one was 4x100 to 4x114.3 iirc.... i'll do some digging and post up linkies...
