05 F150 rough idle?

does anyone have a 05+ Ford F150? I think Sam/Tina does as well as one or 2 others but does your truck have a rough idle almost as if it has a bigger cam? My dad has one with 20K miles on it and when i park when it is running it feels like it's cammin and shakes and rocks the truck. My brothers 06 doesn't seem to do that neither does my other brothers 08. Just wondering if something could be wrong with it? and my dad is one of those people who just runs cars/trucks into the ground. i had to tell him my moms brakes were bad on her Car cause he didn't care

I have driven a few 05+ with the 5.4 with anywhere from 0-60,000 miles on them and it always amazes me just how smooth they are, like you cant feel the engine running at idle smooth.
