95 s-10 4cyl issue

i got the truck dirt cheap cuz it threw a timing chain so i took the hit that nothing happened when that went down. so far so good but every now and then ill start the truck and it will idle up and come down to about 1500 rpm or normal. from time to time the truck idles up comes down then almost sounds like it misses and idles up to 2000rpms and throws a check engine light not coming back down in rpms. when i scan it it shows nothing wtf is going on here i dont even know where to start LOL. also when i turn the key on the radio cuts in and out till i start the truck?? im stumped but i guess for $250 i cant complain..

Try taking the throttle body off and cleaning it really good, sounds like the IAC is sticking or something and its throwing a code because it can't hold an RPM.
