How does it feel knowing that you have big dollars into a vehicle that will be lucky to break 11s? And how do you know what my car puts at the wheels? and to top that off, at the end of the day, you still have a discontinued economy car. I got my money on the saturn little man, so if your so confident why not lock in at $200

i thought about that with all the "sport compacts" you spend $15,000 on a car and put $10,000 into mods = $25,000! why do that when you can buy a car already done that runs 10's for around $10,000!

Because some people don't want to have just a track POS car, they want something that's nice, they can drive every day, is reliable, ect, ect. Yes, you can go fast for cheap, but not for long. Face it, making ANYTHING nice costs money.

With those dyno numbers, it should be no problem to hit mid 11s or better.

on a car that hooks then you would be very correct. but its very tough to get a fwd to hook peroid.

1.70's-1.80's are pretty common on slick up srt's..... 1.6's are tough, but doable... Karkraft did a few 1.6's last year with minimal suspension mods...

i've done 1.7's on a drag radial, leaving the line at 5psi and then going up once 2nd gear was in....

and the best i could do leaving the line at 10psi was 1.92.... thats pretty good for a saturn! 1.6's would be nice on a fwd turbo... whats your best 60ft srt??

not sure yet, Im hoping to get my car to the track before rsd's, but it all depends on when me and joel get my clutch back in.... Then i have to do some datalogging and clean up the tune a lil... Finish taking off the weight and some other lil stuff... we will see rsd unfortunately might be my 1st time on slicks...
