I think most people just dismiss it because it's "too easy", and well, in the case of other forms of F/I, air is free... So the initial cost is nice but spending $50+ every cruise night really offsets it.
But in any case in regards to the SRT on spray, they love it! Its a beefy motor, with a small(ish) stock turbo. You get the benefits of intake charge cooling and of course extra O2. IIRC, filter+exhuast+WGA+minor fuel and tuning plus a 75 or 100 shot will easily run 11s on slicks.... for what maybe $1500 in mods?!
OK...besides the aguring over if a SRT-4 is cool or not did I miss anything?

It actually is slightly depressing to read your post , please dont talk without actually thinking about wat your saying and not just moving your mouth really only 2000$ in your new 2v stang and youll run 11's you better have a massive shot of nitrous and maby ull hit an 11.9 and ill help you pick up the rods ,pistons, and chunks of block down the track
I know my fox is a shit heap ill say befor any other sausage does i have motor work heads cam blower bolt ons up the ass gears short throw by far more than you had done to your blue one and im hoping for 12.9 maby the air in cordova is perfect but 13.5 is still hard for me to believe
either way since its so dam easy to hit 11's sausage just let me know wat else i need to do for 1000$ to hit 11's cause theres already more money in my 302 as you paid for your entire blue stang and the performance parts you put on

all i can say is my car went 12.8 n/a with boltons,put a blower on it with 8psi kit and it went 12.01 at 119.94 can you say dont wanna cage it its all in how you drive it. its gonna be funny when i go 12.0 at 129.00

neuwave also forgot to read the part where a good number of srts are in the 13.7 range BONE STOCK, where as it takes that gt how much work to make it there? and our parts are cheaper and more effective, dollar to dollar the mustang would not keep up

.....But, I'd like to point out how idiotic you make yourself look like. You are stuck on the whole "It's still a Neon" or "Don't call it just an SRT it's a Neon" thing. When in the same exact ferkin post you refer to two seperate models of Mustang by there trim level only. I sense some serious anomosity, I'm not sure if it's like the ugly girls in high school hating on the hot chicks or what. So...go ahead and admit it that you really are just a hater, there is no real point to anything you have to say.
And just out of curiousity, if I ever make it down there on an RSD night would you be willing to race my Neon for a little cash? Maybe as a side bet if you lose you have to write "My stang got spanked by a Neon" on your back window for the night...
