WTB: Used AT&T phone

Well my phone is starting to take a crap on me. Some of the buttons do not work, and AT&T and Sony won't do anything because I don't have a warranty because I bought the phone outright when my BlackBerry broke. So if anyone has an AT&T phone laying around that I can buy let me know. Not looking to spend a lot of money because I can upgrade in October...unless someone on here works for AT&T and can possibly get me a discount or something or let me upgrade early. Let me know what you have. Thanks.

I have a Motorola RAZR V3. I've had it since June or July of 2005 and just stopped using it this January when I switched carriers and got a new phone. Everything on it works great and I've never had any problems with it. I've heard a lot of people say RAZRs suck, but this has been the best phone I've ever had. Overall it is in good used condition with some finish wear around the edges and one of the rubber nubs near the earpiece is missing. It comes with a wall and car charger. The battery is showing it's age and needs to be charged every night. You can get a new battery on ebay for $10 shipped buy-it-now. I'd like to get $70 for it. Let me know if you're interested.
