GTR at Road America this weekend

    Hello all from Elkhart Lake!

There is a very REAL chance that a NISSAN GT-R will be at Road America this weekend during the MFBA Event!!!!!!

It WILL be on-track if there

Gates open at 6 Bishes & get your morning breakfast sandwich from the Gearbox.

From Milw its an hour drive & the weather reports changing very often- literally by the hour.

In our hotel parking lot we have a few C6 Z06's, few Bimmers & other cool stuff. Drivers have been a bit hesitant on pre-registering in the last few weeks w/ the weather, but many will be there on-site to register tomorrow. We'll have a healthy field foo sure

    Hey Pube-Seeker...
You post up like you own RA...with all the 'we' and 'our' and 'us'.
Are you a track official, a sponsor, or perhaps a tire checker?
Please fill me in on how you are 'affiliated' with RA.
Then, come on down to 'our place' at Six Flags.
'We' love more amusement park fans.
If you are a boater, I would like to invite you to enjoy 'our' lake.
Its just East of downtown, and we let a lot of folks use it.
    Tell 'em Billy sent ya!

    Sure Scott.
During the weekend, we essentially do own the track.
I founded this event in 2000 and through the evolution of it, it is now run by the Midwest F-Body Association and am very much involved. I head up the tech area & work the track mic calling groups to grid & etc.

Some of my personal resume of RA-
Ive been participating in track events there since 1997 & have logged over 5000 miles there. Im on a 1st name basis with everyone from the track and during major track events I am able to access any part of the facilities so am also able to give behind scenes tours of the track & its ops center.

On yet another note, I started riding motorcycles when I was 9 yrs old, I have broken 19 bones since then, and lost 8 percent of the skin off my body due to road rash. People would ask me, have you ever crashed? and the answer would be, yes, I have.... some would laugh and tell me I needed to learn how to ride, others would know that in order to be a skilled rider, one has to push the limits far past where they should to know what it is like to handle that sort of riding conditions..... ect... And yes I have smashed up a few cars as well in my younger years, but I can now hold my own on the street or track.. just like some other people who drive firebirds.... Haha let me know how that GTR does John!

Oh C'mon John! Wearing a Cowboy hat is MUCH better than putting my car up a tree like a jackass!

At least the hat comes off, but your severe retardation- doesn't.
