Looks good i like the G8 but it looks too much like a pontiac. so i like this.

edit the headlights look very similar to the Toyota Chaser.

Thats the existing Holden Commodore/Chevrolet Lumina/Pontiac G8.

Not a spy shot, this car has been for sale for well over a year now.

Technically it's a G8 mule from last year, as the LHD Luminas started production first.

For the last time, the RWD Impala program is dead.

yes. Take a look at my GTO, Put holden fascias on it w/ Chevy badges, and you have the Left Hand Drive 2 Door Lumina.
en had both a two door and a four door. This gen, thus far has a 4-door.

Are they gonna make the truck in both Pontiac and Chevy badges and different names?

The truck is also gonna be a "El Camino" style truck right? Built on the same platform as the G8 currently is.

the truck is pontiac/holden only. same platform. They've been making this UTE for a while, not new to them. They've had a few generations of these now.

Holden always has the bad ass cars way before we get them over here.

Wasn't the Monaro out like 4 years prior to the new GTO arriving over here.

"that" generation Commodore was launched in 97 and lasted till '06. The coupe concept was shown in '98 and finally saw the light of day in '01

Lutz went to Australia in '02/'03 and fell in love w/ them -- and thought it would be a good gap closer to the recently departed Firebird and 2-Door Grand Prix.

meh ******* weirdo's down there... i cant believe with how "corporate platformized" GM is that there wont be another reincarnation of this thing for a diff brand, like chevy, the money maker for GM....

I mean they have a subaru emblem for a flag and all down there... haha
