For my gf, located at Tuckaway Heights in Greenfield, a nice complex off 31st & Grange. 1 bedroom, lease runs through 10/31. Nice sized rooms all around, bedroom and living room, kitchen area. Appliances included of course. Bathroom ok size, 2nd level unit. Assigned parking (1 space outdoor), tennis court, pool, central air. Her utility bill is about $30-40 a month in winter. Rent is $570/mo but she will work something out either with a lower monthly rate or "bonus" for taking over the lease or being added to the lease and living there (don't worry, she wouldn't still live there or keep her crap there). e-mail hubie36@hotmail.com if interested.
