a: file is too big. by a long shot.
b: picture size is also way too big. if i re-sized it, she would look terrible. (which i refuse to do, i also love that chick)
c: its already a sig, if that cobalt guy changes it, put it in your sig

I would think having it as a signature would be sufficient enough.
