    Not sure if the Accel Opti's are any good, but they have a bunch on eBay brand new for $250-300.

    I think it might be a little more than $208 now that I googled it, but it should be $200-something.

    i havent any good things about the accel stuff for lt1's. doesnt the dealer sell it as the hole distributor and thats why its so exspensive?

    Stay away from the MSD's, havent heard too many positive thigns about them.
    Last one I got was from some GM wholesale site 3 years ago.

    Opti is the reason I dumped my 96 T/A....Get a delteq system and dont look back.

    Haven't had problems with either of mine *knock on wood* one is at 110k miles, other is at 200k (cap and rotor replaced though).

    to me that system is not worth it to put on a mildly bolted on car. id rather spend a quarter of the price to replace the opti and spend the other money on go fast parts.

    summitracing.com is selling genuine Ac-delco opti's for like $310+10.95 for shipping. i believe they offer both the vented and non vented kind. i went to the dealership 2 weeks ago to buy a opti. they wanted $540.00. rip off!!

    gmpartsdirect.com also sells them but they rape you on shipping. like $60.00 to ship the thing and there slow.
