Good luck on your sale. Its truly a buyers market right now. My closest friend is a mortgage broker, his older brother owns the company. Says people havent been getting shit for there homes due to all the current competition.

Loans are still easy as hell to get if you use a broker that has access to good lenders OR you dont have shit credit.
