lets fire this thread back up, it will be snowing before we know it, my last asphalt race is at the end of this month then it is all on for the trails and lake running.... ITS ON!!!!!!! Whos got new sleds and any big plans for the up coming winter. I have a few sleds i need to sell, let me know if anyone is interested.

i was thinking of waking this thread up myself.

my car gets put away next weeked and the sled gets pulled out. all weather forcasts i have seen have it being another good year?!??! will have to wait and see i guess. the only big plans i have for this year would be to try to log more miles on up north by my cabin. other than a new helmet i will keep my junk one more year. new sled next year for sure, totally undecided as to what that might be.

ahh the old sled thread. my junks just sitting in the back of the garage, just need to toss the top end back together. i probably going to sell it and get either a 600rr (in the iqr stubnose snocross chassis but with a big tank and a standard 600 h.o. carb motor). or i was also looking at the brand new 800 dragon sp (regular iq chassis with better shocks lower windsheild ect but with 154 h.p.) decisions, decisions...

parts run down on the almost done 07 yamaha phazer fx summer project!!

modded air box with KnN/outerware
dual exhaust<- first with true dual/xpipe.
dyno jet power commander/wide band data logger laptop runs this shit and still wont go 100mph
1.5" freeride track
podercoated bulk head, aarms,spindles,rails
renthal fat bars with pivot riser.
now sporting 09 white plastic
fox floats
revalved rear with 220 springs <- needed sno-x setup
epi clutch kit

we will have to setup a ride day, my hopes are on snow like last year!!

i am getting mine out of storage either tomorrow night or thursday night. wash it up and give it the check over and I will be ready to braaaap!!

last year i was riding the second weekend of december, and i plan on doing that again this year. if anyone wants to come to the UP with me december 11th-14th, post up.
