    LED's in your SN95 cluster & HVAC controls

    Can you dim them? I really have no idea if an led can be dimmed.

    Yes, LEDs can be dimmed by utilizing resistors or a module that will do the same.

    You'd have to do a little more wiring, itd be nbd. Besides, I dont know anyone that doesnt run their dash lights at full crank. It wasnt blinding, it looked great.

    you need a varriable resistor if i remember correctly from my intro to electronics, and that would be worth it all day since the factory sn95 lights work like sh!t from the factory.
    70 cutlass 442- dads car
    95 stang- Stock long block 195,XXX miles
    03 XC600 - bone stock (still faster then smokin ram)

    Would the same principle apply to 87-93? Obviously the dash would be different, but I'm just wondering if they use a similar system for distributing the light.

    If you want to have them more dim, you can add resistors. That is if your factory dimmer does not dim them. I was going to do this in my silvy but I figured it wasn't worth it because Im going to be getting rid of it by fall most likely. I have found write up's on many different vehicles for this.
