    The DMV canceled my plate!!

    I got a letter from the DMV last week saying that they canceled my F IN QWK plate! It could be found offensive and they are sorry for the inconvenience. They said I should have never been issued the plate in the 1st place. Good ol' tax dollars at work.

    Ha! No! They sent me a temp tag good until April but that's about it. I am going to transfer one of my other plates and I want them to eat that cost. You think I would at least be refunded for this plate that got canceled...

    well yeah. if its an offensive plate then they shouldnt have issued it to you in the first place. if they dont give you any sort of money or something for free id be flippin the **** out

    Could you imagine the horror of some poor minivan mom, when she saw your plate? She probably would've lost all her faculties and drive straight into oncoming traffic. Good thing our trusty DMV is there to protect us all from the danger of abbreviations that are less offensive than half of all television programming. YEAH BIG BROTHER!

    glad i got to see the plate at home on the sequoia.... lol

    any more bright ideas down the pipe for plates, or are you gonna let them win this one... just wondering, because i loved that plate, even if it was on the truck... lol

    Ha, I think you jinxed me. Last week, the day you offered to buy the rights to the plate off of me was the day they canceled it!

    I am going to probably put my plate of MY SLO CR on the truck unless you people can think of something good...
